Babcock Workplace Skills & Guidance business wins Welsh training award
Babcock’s Workplace Skills & Guidance business was delighted to secure the title of Apprenticeship Provider of the Year at this year’s Apprenticeship Awards Cymru.
Designed to celebrate the outstanding achievements of learners, employers and providers involved in the delivery of quality Apprenticeships across Wales, the Awards are the main showcase for excellence in skills development in Wales.
This accolade recognises the range and quality of Babcock’s Apprenticeship provision throughout the nation combined with our investment in market leading digital learning resources for our apprentices. Our commitment to innovation and investment in curriculum development, employer account management and programme development were also applauded by the judges.
Dianne Travis, Director, Workplace Skills and Guidance, said: “We’re delighted to have been recognised for the quality of our Apprenticeship delivery across Wales. We strive to deliver excellence in learning for both our employers and our apprentices in order to deliver real business benefits. Coming hot on the heels of our award of Provider of Quality Training from the Scottish Training Federation, this award confirms the strength of our Apprenticeship delivery across the UK.”
