Jane, a Chartered Accountant, brings with her over 30 years of international business and finance experience. After a long executive career with KPMG, where she was a senior advisory partner, Jane has held a number of Non-Executive roles, including Quarto Group Inc where she was Vice-Chair and Chair of the audit and remuneration committees.

Jane is a Non-Executive Director of Mitchells & Butlers plc, where she chairs the audit committee and is also Senior Independent Director.
