Experience

Louise joined Babcock in 2013 in a supply chain role and went on to run Babcock’s civil training business, before moving into defence in 2020, ultimately being responsible for operational and strategic elements of defence equipment in the Group’s Land business. Before joining Babcock Louise worked in a range of sectors. After graduating with a degree in Psychology she started her career in financial services, before roles in construction, hospitality, training and civil nuclear.
