Experience

Brad joined Babcock Australasia as the Executive Director of Engineering, Technology & Program Management in October 2021, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in the Defence Industry as an engineer, technologist, project manager, business manager and strategist. Brad’s career includes roles based in Australia and the UK and involvement in many collaborative programs with industry and governments of the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Babcock, Brad was the General Manager of the Aircraft Systems Integration & Development business for BAE Systems Australia, then relocated to the UK as the Global Head of Engineering for BAE Systems plc in the Office of the CEO. Upon returning to Australia Brad spent a few years as Head of Strategy for BAE Systems Australia before being appointed to the position of CTO and Director of Engineering for BAE Systems Australia.
