Babcock Picks Up Hat-trick of Awards in Scotland

Babcock’s Skills & Learning business is delighted to have picked up an impressive three awards at the Scottish Training Federation’s (STF) Annual Conference and Awards on 29th September.

At a glittering awards ceremony Babcock scooped the prestigious Provider of the Year award, recognising providers who have made a substantial contribution to Scotland’s Modern Apprenticeship programme and delivered an outstanding experience for both Modern Apprentices and employers.

In addition to the highly esteemed Provider of the Year award, Babcock also picked up the Success in Partnership award, recognising the impact of our Retail Modern Apprenticeship delivery for Asda in Scotland.

Also successful on the night was Babcock learner Laura Burdin of Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa who took home the Achiever of the Year award. Laura has excelled since commencing on Babcock’s higher level Modern Apprenticeship last year.

Dianne Travis, Director – Workplace Skills & Guidance for Skills & Learning, commented: “We’re delighted to accept these awards in recognition of the quality of our Modern Apprenticeship programmes. This is the second consecutive year that we have picked up a STF award and our continued success is a testament to the expertise and dedication of our team in Scotland.”
