Experience

In addition to overseeing our business in Africa, Roger is responsible for the four local business units. This includes the Volvo Construction Equipment dealership; Engineering, responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of steam generation systems, low NOx burners, and sophisticated emission control systems; Plant and Industrial, which manufactures generators, sells welding equipment, rents cranes, and mechanical gear; and Transport Solutions, the South African DAF truck dealer. Prior to joining Babcock he held various executive positions in the UK and South Africa within the Siebe/Invensys group of companies. Roger earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa.
